Welcome to CREATZEE™, where creativity is loud and legal protection is louder.
By browsing, clicking, or buying from our Store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you don’t agree — no hard feelings — just don’t use our Services.

1. Who Can Shop Here

  • You must be the age of majority where you live.

  • If you let a minor shop using your device/account — that’s on you.

  • Keep your login safe. What happens under your account is your responsibility.
    (We’re good, just don’t blame us for your cousin’s late-night shopping spree.)

2. What You See vs. What You Get

We try to show products as accurately as possible —
but screens lie, lighting lies, reality sometimes has texture.
Small variations = not defects.

We can update products, descriptions, and availability anytime.
Design evolves — that’s kind of our whole thing.

3. When You Order

You’re making an offer to purchase.
We accept or decline at our discretion (don’t worry, we almost always accept).

Once payment clears, we’re on it.
Changes/cancellations might not be possible after that point.

Returns? Follow our Refund Policy.

No reselling our stuff without permission.
We didn’t hustle this hard for someone to flip our drip.

4. Pricing + Payment

  • Prices may change (inflation be doing the most).

  • Taxes/fees may apply.

  • You promise your payment info is accurate and that you’re allowed to use it.

If a price is clearly wrong due to a typo?
Yeah… we’ll fix that before shipping you a $300 hoodie for $3.

5. Shipping Reality Check

We ship. Carriers deliver.
What happens in between? The universe decides.

Estimated delivery = not guaranteed.
Once it’s handed to the carrier, the package is in their custody and your prayers.

6. Our Creative Property

Everything here — the designs, graphics, text, brand vibe —
belongs to CREATZEE or our licensors.

You get a personal, non-commercial right to enjoy what you buy.
You do not get to:

  • Copy

  • Recreate

  • Resell

  • Claim inspiration as “totally your idea”

Ask nicely if you want commercial rights. We do offer them.

7. Third-Party Tools + Links

Sometimes we integrate tools made by other people.
We don’t control those tools or the planets they orbit.
Use at your own risk and read their rules too.

8. Not Our Circus, Not Our Monkeys

Clicking a link that leaves our Store?
You are now in someone else’s house. Their rules. Their cookies.
We’re not liable for anything that happens there.

9. Shopify Is Just the Muscle

(Legally required, cannot delete or spice too much)

CREATZEE is powered by Shopify.
All sales are directly between you and CREATZEE.
Shopify isn’t responsible for what you buy here.
You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.

10. Privacy

Your info is handled according to our Privacy Policy
and Shopify’s privacy practices.

Because Shopify hosts this Store, some data may be processed in other countries.
That’s how the internet works.

11. Feedback = Permission Granted

If you leave reviews, ideas, love notes, etc. —
you give us rights to use and display them forever.
We can quote you. We probably will.

Keep it truthful, clean-ish, and virus-free.
Don’t pretend to be Beyoncé. That’s illegal.

12. Sometimes Humans Make Typos

If something is listed wrong (price, promo, ship time, etc.),
we may correct it and cancel orders affected.

13. Don’t Be That Person

Zero tolerance for:

  • Fraud, abuse, harassment

  • IP theft

  • Hacking, scraping, malware

  • Spam or scams

  • Breaking laws or ruining vibes

Break the rules → we shut it down. No refunds for bad behavior.

14. Breaking Up

If needed, we can restrict or terminate access at any time.
You still owe what you owe up to that point.
Some legal stuff keeps applying afterward (like IP rights).

15. Warranty Reality

We provide the Services “as is” and “as available”.
No promises about:

  • uninterrupted uptime

  • perfect accuracy

  • your device playing nice with the site

Some places don’t allow full disclaimers — in those places, the law wins.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed:
CREATZEE and Shopify are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — like lost profits, data, sleep, or hope.

Maximum liability = what you paid for the product.
Not a penny more.

17. If You Cause Legal Drama

You’ll cover our costs (including lawyers) if your actions cause claims against CREATZEE or Shopify.

18. If One Line Breaks, The Rest Stands

If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, we keep the rest.

19. The Whole Agreement

These Terms + policies on our site = the entire agreement.
No secret clauses hidden in invisible ink.

20. You Can’t Give Your Rights Away

You can’t assign or transfer these Terms without our consent.
We can assign ours if needed — business is business.

21. Where Legal Matters Live

These Terms follow the laws and courts of the place where CREATZEE is headquartered.
That’s where any disputes will go.

22. Headings Are Just for Vibes

They don’t change the legal meaning.

23. Terms Change — Like Fashion

We may update these Terms.
“Last updated” date tells you when.
Continued use = acceptance of changes.

24. Digital Products — License & Usage Rules

When you purchase a digital product from CREATZEE, you’re buying a personal-use license — not ownership of the design itself.

Here’s what you CAN do:

✔ Download the file to your own device
✔ Print it for your own personal use
✔ Use it for non-commercial, private projects

Here’s what you CANNOT do (don’t make it weird):

❌ Sell the files or any item using the files
❌ Upload, share, gift, or distribute files (free or paid)
❌ Claim the artwork/design as your own
❌ Use our designs to create products you sell commercially
❌ Train any AI, app, or platform with our content
❌ Modify the design and pretend it’s “100% original now”

All rights remain with CREATZEE.
Violating this license = license revoked + no refunds + legal action if needed.
