We ship creativity. The carriers ship the boxes.
Together — we get your order home.

🕒 Processing & Production

Most CREATZEE products are made-to-order — just for you.
Typical processing time:

  • Apparel & Merch: 2–7 business days

  • Accessories & other items: 2–10 business days

Holidays and high-demand seasons can add time.
We’ll notify you if something needs extra love.

📦 Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery estimates depend on your location and carrier:

  • USA: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only, not promises.
Carriers control delivery — we control the hype.

🚚 Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking link (once it leaves the building).
If your tracking looks confused, give it 24–48 hours to catch up.

🌎 International Orders — Customs + Fees

Customers outside the US:
Your country’s customs may charge duties/taxes.
Those are your responsibility — we don’t control them.

Customs delays may occur.
We know… bureaucracy.

❌ Address Issues

If the address is wrong, incomplete, or the carrier cannot deliver:

  • We can reship once it returns (additional postage)

  • Or refund the item cost minus shipping

Please double-check your address before submitting! 🙏

📬 Marked “Delivered” But You Don’t Have It?

Check with:

  • Neighbors

  • Household members

  • Local post office

  • Security desk / mail room

Carriers sometimes mark early to look productive.
If it doesn’t turn up, email therealcreatzee@gmail.com — we’ll help investigate.

💔 Damaged / Wrong Item

If we messed up, we fix it.
Email photos within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

🪄 Made-to-Order Policy

We don’t hold inventory — items are created when you order.

That means:

  • Less waste

  • More customization

  • A tiny bit more patience required

Worth it. 😌

📦 Split Shipments

Ordering multiple items?
They may ship separately if coming from different partner facilities.

No extra charge — just packages arriving like chapters in a series.

🧾 Order Changes & Cancellations

We move fast.
Once production starts, changes/cancellations are not guaranteed.
