1. Return Window

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging

  • Free of odors, pet hair, makeup, or wear

  • Accompanied by receipt/proof of purchase

Not returnable: digital downloads, gift cards, custom/personalized items, “final sale” items, perishable goods, and hazardous/flammable items.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email therealcreatzee@gmail.com with your order # and reason.

  2. If approved, we’ll email a return label + instructions.

  3. Ship it back by the date on your label.

Packages sent without approval won’t be accepted.

4. Exchanges

Want a different size/color?

  • Start a return (above) and place a new order once your return is approved. This is the fastest way to lock inventory.

5. Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it (replacement, credit, or refund) after review.

6. Refunds

  • We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt.

  • If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank/issuer may take extra time to post it.

  • If it’s been 15 business days since approval, email us: therealcreatzee@gmail.com.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping is non-refundable (unless we messed up).

  • For changed-mind/fit issues, return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide the label.

  • If the issue was our fault, we cover it.

8. Print-on-Demand & Custom Items

Many items are made-to-order. We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selected, or color variance due to screens. Manufacturing defects? We’ll replace or refund after review.

9. Color & Sizing Notes

Colors can vary by screen and print process; slight variance isn’t a defect. Check our size charts—if you’re unsure, email us before ordering.

10. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (If Shipped to the EU)

You may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Shipping/fees may apply per law and Section 7.

11. Lost/Refused/Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages marked delivered: please check with the carrier/neighbor; we’ll help where we can, but carrier scans control.

  • Refused or undeliverable due to wrong address: we can reship (additional postage) or refund minus shipping after it returns to us.

12. Digital Products (Important)

All digital products are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges once delivered/downloaded. If you have a file access issue, we’ll help you get your files—just email us.
